Dear Members,

We would like to hereby notify you that on 19th September 2024 the Gibraltar Pool Association will be holding its 44th Annual General Meeting for the season 2024-2025, the meeting will be held at the GPA Academy in Jumpers Bastion at 19:00 first call second call at 19:30 whereby if a quorum is met the meeting will commence.

Important Information:

• All members are strongly advised to go to the AGM as there is always important issues that get discussed which affects each and every one of you.
• All proposals must be submitted to gpacommittee@outlook.com at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the AGM (LAST DAY 05th September2024 for proposals.)
(NB: Any proposals received after the closing date will be held on record for the next AGM or
an EGM should it be required)
• At this AGM the Executive positions that will be up for election are:
1)Vice-President
2) Treasurer
• All other committee posts as always will be elected upon.
• All Members are advised that these positions should only be taken by dedicated people who are prepared to give up their time for the furtherance of Pool. Please do not nominate people without finding out if they have the time to commit.
• Remember that you must have registered for this coming Season before the AGM meeting.
