These Rules & Guidelines have been written in order to safeguard Members while practising in the Venue, during Covid 19.
Please remember social distancing is still to be observed at all times.
Keyholder on opening premises must make sure there is available
a. Hand Sanitiser b. Paper Hand tissues c. Wet wipes d. Cleaning cloth e. latex gloves

1. Tables one, three & five to be used only. Therefore, adhering to safe distancing.
2. Maximum of six members to be allowed in at any one time & must sanitise hands on entering.
3. When two members playing on one table social distancing must still be observed.
4. When handling the pool table balls or the venue cues/rests they should be wiped
with cloth provided & then sanitise your hands.
5. When a table has been used it must be wiped down by previous user before a new member uses it.
6. Payment is to be made at end of Members session to Keyholder.
7. Tables must be booked beforehand and if you have not reserved a table to play you will not be allowed into the premises.
Everyone will be given the same chance to be able to go and practice.
8. All cleaning cloths etc. will be replaced/ washed & tables wiped down after/before every session.
9. Any member seen becoming too complacent & relaxing the Rules will be reminded to adhere to them.
Any repeat offenders will not be allowed into the Premises.
10. The RULES/GUIDELINES apply to ALL players including key holders who will be held responsible for overseeing
and making sure these are followed.
Members will pay £3 per hour for practice and keyholder £1 for session.
(This is only until Sanitiser etc. cost has been re-couped)
